The home-watch approach
Home watch provides visual, non-invasive observations of an unoccupied property. It does not include repairs, security, or emergency response, and is not an inspection certification or a guarantee of condition.
Review your time away, access arrangements, and the areas you would like checked. Confirm the visit scope before service begins.
Plan visual interior and exterior checks suited to your property and the home-watch membership you choose.
Observations from a visit are shared in a photo report, with a straightforward note if something appears to need your attention.
Monthly memberships
All memberships are per property and monthly. Service begins after enrollment, access setup, and an initial baseline visit.

Post-storm: Priority placement in the post-storm response queue; operating target is 24–48 hours after safe access resumes, when conditions and capacity permit.
